We are always in need of volunteers to help create the special items that go into our memory boxes. If you knit or crochet, you can support us by making:

• Small keepsakes like hearts and forget-me-nots

2. Purchase Items from Our Amazon Wishlist

Each memory box we send out includes not only clothing and keepsakes but also small self-care items for parents. Grieving can make even basic self-care feel overwhelming, and sometimes taking just a few minutes for yourself can be so important. Our boxes include items like:

• Hot chocolate sachets

We also hope to introduce sibling boxes in the future. These will provide keepsakes for siblings, as well as small activities or gifts to bring them a little comfort during this difficult time - things that have helped my own children navigate their grief.
